Hello all..

A quick question regarding the above please..

While waiting for my younger daughter's UC work capability decision, I have realised her PIP award will also be up for review towards the end of this year (her award ends in May 2024)
Can I ask, for reviews are claimants usually given a f2f/telephone/video call to reassess their claim?
I've only ever had paper based awards for PIP for both of my daughters (And a paper based WCA for UC for my elder daughter)

I genuinely have no idea!

Thank you so much

She will receive a review form (usually 6 months before an award ends if the award was made by the DWP and not Tribunal). Initially, a Decision Maker will review the form and all pieces of evidence accompanying it and any previous evidence sent in before deciding wether they still need an assessment to be completed. The vast majority of assessments now are by telephone. Payment also continues whilst a new decision is waiting to be made, reviews are taking several months.

Ah okay, that's great to know - thank you so much @bg844 I guess it's pretty much the same as before. 👍
