If your assessment periods are 7th to 6th of every month and you continued to send fit notes the whole time without any gaps then your waiting period will be. Nov/Dec, Dec/Jan, Jan/Feb... LCWRA element starts from assessment period Feb 7th to March 6th and first payment for LCWRA element will be 13th March 2023.No LCWRA element is owed because it's not paid at all during the waiting period, which is 3 full assessment periods and then it's paid from the 4th month after you reported your health condition/sent your first fit note.

Hello @cod4966 and a warm welcome to our online community, how are you doing?
Just to let you know that I've renamed your thread and moved it to our Universal Credit (UC) category so it's best placed to get attention.
I hope Poppy's advice has helped clarify things for you. If you have any other questions, please fire away.
Best wishes and have a lovely night0
