Been off work for six years due to a Traffic Accident.  Fighting to Claim Pip as scored a zero.  Due in court appeal early March and could do with any support.

    It's worth remembering that it's not a court and you're not on trial. Some hearings are held in court buidlings but it's completely different to a court.

    PTSD, which apparently I don't have because I wash.  Low Mobility, arthritis in ankles, smashed feet in accident. Apparently I am fully able and the report focused on my weight.  Other health issues that have deteriorated since I first claimed in 2019 but the report which I have now just got said I was to be reassessed only after 5 years.  Just found out it is a telephone 'court' date I have.
