Hey all - I work with housing associations and councils to help improve the accessibility of their processes and digital tools. I'm also a carer for my parents, who both have various disabilities and mental health issues.

    Your job sounds fascinating, I'm sure it's quite a challenge, as I can imagine a lot of the processes and tools used are pretty inaccessible in the first place?

    I've been having a read of lots of the forums, and it's so insightful. You're right, it's a big project but also a massive opportunity to make things easier for people to access and use services!
