When you say appeal i think you mean Mandatory Reconsideration. (MR) IN a previous thread in Decemeber you said you were found to have LCW and not LCWRA. Appeal refers to Tribunal.MR decisions can be anything up to about 12 weeks.0

Yes mandatory reconsideration. And yes its was December that i requested (MR)0

Since being put in lcw group for mental health. I have been diagnosed by consultant with fibromyalgia. Ive written this on my uc journal and hoping it with go into MR0

It's not about a diagnosis. Did you tell them about the physical symptoms you were having either on the work capability assessment form or during the assessment? Or was it just your mental health you told them about? If it was just your mental health then they will not be able to take into consideration any changes since the assessment took place.0

Yes i told her about my symptoms and that i had appointment with the hospital but she dismissed it and spoke about my anxiety and depression0
-
Can i reapply for it then ?0

If they knew about it then it’s fine but as I advised it’s not about a diagnosis.Reporting changes may not be the right thing to do because using the same evidence you previously used may not see the outcome you want.
Have you looked at the descriptors for LCWRA? If not you can see them here https://www.benefitsandwork.co.uk/universal-credit-uc/uc-faq/limited-capability-for-work-related-activity0 -
