LCWRA appeal allowed questions

Hi,
I recently had my tribunal hearing to appeal the 0 points I got for my WCA. I was waiting on the day for the call but never got it and later saw the decision was made, terrified of the low percentage of successful appeals in that situation, I was relieved seeing they already made a decision to allow the appeal on the same day without me and put me in the LCWRA group. (I made sure it was LCWRA and not LCW)
They said I should get the letter tomorrow on the 22nd. (The tribunal hearing and the decision outcome all happened on the 9th of Feb) I just had some questions about the timeframe for stuff. I know most people ask about the back payment and from what I gather it's a 2-8 week process, which is fine. I've noticed some say that you need to have provided a fit note the entire time. Just to clarify if my WCA was rejected and they said I didn't need to send in any more fit notes, I don't need to have sent in fit notes still regardless while appealing to the tribunal right? I stopped getting fit notes after they assessed me as having 0 points and told me specifically to not send anymore in. since they found me fit for work even if I was appealing it. I assumed it wouldn't be an issue if I had to appeal to the tribunal but wanted to check regardless.
I was also wondering if the timeframe for getting moved into the group on the UC side of things is a similar 2-8 week process as my decision was made on the 9th of Feb. I haven't recieved the letter yet, that's coming tomorrow. (I was able to see the outcome decision on my appeal tracker with the pdf.) I got an appointment booked in yesterday for a couple of weeks time for a UC appointment regular work search review thing and was confused as I thought they would have been given the decision right away. I assume it's just a thing the work coaches have to do regardless until the period allowing for DWP to argue the tribunal's decision has passed and that's when I get placed in the group. Just wanted to double check how long that period is or if I'm wrong about anything.
Thanks for the help.

You will only needed to have sent fit notes up until the original decision was made. No further fit notes would have been accepted after this anyway, so sending fit notes the whole time doesn't apply here. You will still need to attend all appointments until the award has been put into payment. Once this is done you'll receive new commiments, which you'll need to accept. As you'll not need to attend any appointments your only commiments will be to agree to report any changes. It can take anything up to 8 weeks for the award to be put into payment.0

UPDATE: funny enough, yesterday I got asked to agree to new commitments and got a statement today for my usual UC payment and it includes the LCWRA extra ammount. It doesn't include any backpayment amount or anything but it's only been 2 weeks since my appeal was allowed and I haven't gotten a letter or anything on my journal about it yet.I was worried as I thought you get the backpayment arrears at the same time you get the new commitments to agree to, but will wait a few more weeks since it's only been 2 and I'm just glad to know I've been put into the right group now.I was wondering if the backpayment ammount is usually included in the statements for the end of the month?0

No, not always. Before they can pay what they owe you they need to recalculate your past statements. This will tell them what money you've already received against what money you should have received. You will then be paid the difference between the 2. Once it's done you will then receive the letter on your journal telling you how much they owe and it will then be paid into your bank.
