If you haven't yet been sent the UC50 form then you haven't been accepted for LCWRA. The work capability assessment will need to take place first, an assessment is most likely because most have them. Most are done by telephone.

The decision could be either LCW, LCWRA or fit for work. It can often take several months for the work capability assessment. Once you're referred you will receive a letter on your journal telling you they are referring you. Shortly after that you will receive the UC50 form in the post to fill in and return with all your supporting evidence.

Hello @salza and welcome to our online community, how are you doing?

Do you better understand the process now Poppy has explained? Please let us know if anything remains unclear so we can help.

Just to let you know, I've moved your thread to our Universal Credit (UC) category and amended the title to reflect your question.

    Take care.

Do you mean that the Work Coach has referred you for a Work Capability Assessment. The UC50 should now be issued. This is supposed to happen 29 days after you first report your health condition (in some cases on day 1).

That makes no sense, you can't be found to have LCWRA and then be referred for an assessment at the same time. What does the letter actually say please? Please be aware that if you do post the letter here then please remember to remove any personal information.

Work capability decision  letter they have decided that I have limited capability and any extra money will be sent within 7 days or a journal message to state when I will receive this is what confusing me as I have not as the questionaire nor an assessment hope this makes sense

'Limited Cabapility' isn't a decision - it is either 'Limited capability for Work' or 'Limited Capability for Work and Work Related Activity'.
