Hi and welcome to the community

Reviews are still suspended so unlikely you will have one anytime soon

If you report worsening condition then yes you will have to go through the whole process again of sick notes new firm and new assessment

A worsening condition doesn't mean you would get lcwra you should get expert advice from either cab or welfare rights before doing anything

I can't see any comment from Janer finding this forum very difficult to negotiate tbh

Janer was the first person to comment. You also liked her comment so i don't understand why you can't see it now.
    Janers advice was the following.

To add further to janer's advice, have you had a look at the descriptors for LCWRA? If not then you can see them here. https://www.benefitsandwork.co.uk/universal-credit-uc/uc-faq/limited-capability-for-work-related-activity
At least of those needs to apply for you to qualify for LCWRA. You need to make sure you understand them and can qualify before reporting any changes. You can also get some expert advice from an agency near you. This link will tell you what advice agency is local to you. https://advicelocal.uk/welfare-benefits
