Good morning, I have been advised by several different members of DWP varying responses which has left my confused.
I applied for my LCWRA on the 4th Nov I will get my first payment on the 10th this month. Will I be owed any money from when I first submitted my claim to them or do you have to wait three months live on pittance and then you’ll get paid a set amount each month but not back dated

As advised on your other thread here https://forum.scope.org.uk/discussion/101823/lcwra-esa-and-how-payments-work#latest your UC waiting period will be Nov to Feb... LCWRA starts from assessment period 4th Feb to 3rd March and first payment will be 10th March. You're not owed any LCWRA element because it's not paid at all during the waiting period.
