Could I have some advice please. I have been claiming LCW and universal credit since 2019. I also claim PIP.
My condition as changed in my mental health and I am awaiting therapy with psychology therapy services. Universal said that I have to send in fit notes again to claim LCWRA I have provided all therapy letters to show evidence of my change to universal credit. Any advice would be appreciated as I thought I had to fill in a UC500 ?

You will need to report a change of circumstances. Then tell them your health condition has got worse. You will then need to report a fit note as part of the process. You will then be referred for another work capability assessment. Once this is done you will receive a letter on your journal telling you that you've been referred. Shortly after that you'll receive the UC50 form in the post. You'll need to send all your supporting evidence with that form.Another assessment is most likely because most people have them. Please make sure you take a look at the descriptors for LCWRA to see if you qualify before reporting any changes. You can see them here. https://www.benefitsandwork.co.uk/universal-credit-uc/uc-faq/limited-capability-for-work-related-activity

You have mentioned your mental health has changed. Would you like to tell us more about what this looks like for you at the moment?
Hopefully, you will be able to access psychology therapy services soon. In the meantime, is there anything that might help?
