LCWRA fit notes. ??

Hi 
I am in the LCWRA and have been for quite a few years now. I transferred over from esa in 2020 to UC/LCWRA. 
Today I log onto my journal and it is asking for a fit note. I’ve put a message into the journal asking why this is as I’m in the LCWRA. Is this a mistake or will it go onto a WCA? 
Just wondering if anyone else had this.

    This has happened many times with others. It shouldn’t happen because LCWRA is an ongoing award until a new decision says otherwise and no further fit notes are needed. 

    Reviews are currently suspended so you won’t be having one of those anytime soon.

    Also just read I have recently had a change of circumstance so this could have triggered it?

    Where did you read this? Have you told them of a change in your health?

    Yes it can. If you reported changes because of a worsening of condition then i don't understand why you did this. You've already been found to have LCWRA and this is the highest award you can have.

    The only change of circumstances I’ve reported is my partner is moving out sorry should have made that clear. I’ve reported nothing what so ever regarding my health because that’s never going to change for me even tho I know they can reassess anytime. So with that change of circumstance would it trigger the fit note?
