    LCWRA is part of Universal Credit. Unless you're living in either supported or temporary housing then help with the rent will be through Universal Credit, known as housing element. Doesn't your UC currenly include any help with the rent?

    If you are claiming UC then help with rent is provided through the housing element of UC. When you claimed UC you should have declared your rent when you claimed. 
    The only exception is if you are in temporary accommodation or supported accommodation.
