Just wondering if anyone could help me figure out when I should be expecting my LCWRA payment ,
and if there’s any possible back pay and what this entails;
Got my acceptance letter which states I’ve passed and been accepted as LCWRA - 6/3/2023
i declared health conditions and provided fit notes from the 7th July 2022 till the date was accepted and don’t have to provide any more fit notes
Uc assessment is from the 13th till the 12th each month and get paid UC on the 19th of every month
anyone that can help figure this out so I can sort out finances and when to expect the Extra LCWRA payment and or any back pay

You reported your health condition on 7th July. The waiting period is three months to 7th October. The LCWRA element is payable from the period of 13th October to 12th November payable on 17th November.
Hopefully you will get LCWRA included in your next payment.
The arrears will be paid separately but UC first have to recalculate you entitlement from every month after last July. They will replace your previous statements with new statements. If you want to keep a copy of the old statements you need to download those now.1 -

Mine is similar I was told not to hand in anymore fit notes since 21/1/2020 and I no longer have to look for work because they could see my health had got worst but because of covid they will let me know when I can have my reassessment for lcwra be they can see the changes but I couldn't have my assessment until 9 Jan this year and I was awarded lcwra straight away and was added to my claim 8/2/2023/but won't get paid till may 15th despite them saying on my journal I will get it this month march so I took out a loan on the strength of this and now they admit giving me the wrong info I have put myself in financial hardship and I'm told I'm not entitled to any backdated payment0
