I was wondering if anyone could help. If I am on PIP AND LWCA, will I still be entitled to the coming up cost of living

It will depend when you was awarded, we currently don't know what the qualifying criteria for the COL is. If you were awarded and paid in the last few months I would assume you will be entitled to both.1
