Reviews for LCWRA are suspended, so won't be getting a review anytime soon. I don't know why they cannot pay you now, get some advice from Citizens Advice1

tanx to everyone for your contribution, i went to citizen advise today, the person i met told me to ring them again or send another message to them through my journal and see what they will say again, but am scared to call or send message to them because i don't want to remind them about the assessment for now, am going through anxiety now, and that assessment gives me headache, i don't like it at all. assessment is like dying before death, i don't want to wake them up about it , so i don't know what to do again,0

hi sorry to jump in you may want to put it under the payment section on your journal as i have been leaving messages on my journal and since being placed in the lcwra group have been told i dont have a work coach now2

micheal57,tanx so much , i will try that and see how it goes, am just fed up, how can you owed me so much and don't want to pay, the system awarded the back payment to be paid , but it was the manager that decided to hold on to it. because when i was phoning them up and down about the money, everyone i spoke with was confused, they said it was in the system that they should pay me and don't know why they have not paid. and told me to send a message to the manager through my journal which i did, it was then the manager said they cant pay me until my next assessment , 2years has gone and nothing from them only my monthly payment,1

lindajay said:it was then the manager said they cant pay me until my next assessment ,That's complete nonsense. If they owe it to you then they must pay it! Did you receive any money that was owed to you?lindajay said:am scared to call or send message to them because i don't want to remind them about the assessment for now,1

If you don't have any joy after putting a message onto your journal under the payment section then i'd advise you to contact your local MP. Tell them exactly what's happened and hopefully they will contact DWP on your behalf. https://www.parliament.uk/get-involved/contact-an-mp-or-lord/contact-your-mp/Did you receive any money at all that was owed to you?

poppy123456, not at all, i did not received any money owed to me by them.0
