One day to make a MR decision?

Hello was wondering if u could help asked 4 a MR as I only got 4 an 4 points on both that was for my back problem, I was happy with that but my main problem was my hyperhidrosis and how it effects every day of my life this got totally disregarded ! So rang up to c how this was going on the 6th of march got told it had been with a case worker since the 9th of Feb but he hadn't looked at it yet it would b looked at Tuesday the 7th March by another case worker ! Rang up today Friday 10th March to b told no chance had been made an a letter had been sent out on the 8th . So it took 1 day for them to make my MR decision? Is that right with all my evidence how can they make a decision in 1 day obviously they didn't do their job ?

    The most likely outcome of any MR is the decision will remain the same, so i'm not surprised the decision hasn't changed.
    If you're still not happy and you think you should have scored enough of points needed for an award then you can now proceed to Tribunal.

    I really don't know where to start hyperhidrosis has made me so isolated there's no way I could call or go face to face with any1 not sure what I can do at the minute.

    For Tribunals and the best chance of having a decision in your favour will be either telephone/video hearing or face to face, which all have about 70% success rate.

    Paper based hearings have a very low success rate of between 5-8%. You can submit your appeal online here https://www.gov.uk/appeal-benefit-decision/submit-appeal all you need to do is give a brief reason for why you disagree with the decision. You don't need to send anything that you've already sent because DWP will send everything to them. Anything extra can be sent at a later date.

    You'll most likely be waiting more than several months for a hearing date anyway.

    I have just submitted it I clicked on telephone, video call or face to face. Face to face would b the worst situation to put me in an I think there would be noway I could do it I know it would b a better outcome. I've had a email back already saying my application has been logged and should hear somethin by the 20th of April. Thanks for the response

    Most hearings are by telephone anyway. Whether it's phone, video or face to face the stats are the same. It's only paper based that are low stats.

    After 13 months of waiting my tribunal was Monday! I still can't believe it all I had was a letter from my dermatologist and obviously letting them c what hyperhidrosis is . It was degrading sitting letting people judge me by the way I look. But I got low livin allowance but high mobility,was it worth feeling this degraded I'm still not sure but just thought I would say I did win it.
