How often do you brush your teeth?

Twice a day. If I’ve been tired in the evening and fell asleep I hate that feeling when I wake the next day knowing I’d not brushed them.0

I have found some electric toothbrushes are more 'harsh' than others. There are also different head types for them.
I still have an older 'Sensi-Ultrathin' which isn't too harsh. I just use the normal brush heads, often on offer in Supermarkets or Amazon.
I would advise anyone to avoid the Floss Action heads... I got a free one with a new brush so thought I'd try it. Didn't realise they have solid lumps of plastic within the bristles. I managed to knock a tooth out of alignment when the plastic got in between two teeth!
