Just to let you know I got a message on my journal from one of the coaches saying it should be on your statement.
That was it that's all the person said 🤔🥴

    The money that’s will not be on your monthly statement because this is paid separately. 
    If you’re not getting any joy then you can contact your local MP who should be able to contact them on your behalf. https://www.parliament.uk/get-involved/contact-an-mp-or-lord/contact-your-mp/

    That should read “money that’s owed” can’t edit comments at all to correct it sorry.

    First I'm going to let them know so what you said in another journal message and see there is monster that if no joy then I will contact DWP and MP .. even ask citizens advice.

    Haha those typos :D i don't think Citizens Advice could give you anymore advice than you've had here. If it was me and i still didn't have any joy then i'd be contacting my local MP.
