Going to concerts as a family

I have a 16 year old son with sever learning disabilities, global developmental delay and visual impairment and two daughters. My son loves music and I would like to take him to a concert but I am concerned that we wouldn’t be able to all sit together. Is there anyway I can get an accessible ticket for him and ensure we can sit together? Thanks

    I see Poppy has popped up the Ticketmaster link which is really helpful. Another way I would advise, is to contact the venue directly and ask what their policies are. Just in case they use another ticket website or they have a different way of selling those tickets. One venue I went to just before the pandemic, you had a separate link for accessibility tickets and then had to call or email the helpdesk with your booking number for any additional needs because their website didn't have a big enough character box for additional notes.

    The problem with this @Hannah_Scope is not every venue has a phone number you can call. I really fancied seeing a conset with my mates in November but couldn't get tickets due to the fact the phone lines are down.

    That's why I said contact directly. I have seen more websites now use live chats which is very handy and some only respond via email or even via messaging on social media. Depends on the venue.

    Thank you @Hannah_Scope @durhamjaide2001 @poppy123456. I have looked at Ticketmaster but it’s not very clear. But it sounds like I can perhaps take my youngest daughter with me and get tickets so that we can sit together. She’s only 13. Thanks very much all.
