It depends what date exactly you reported your health condition/sent your first fit note and what date you usually receive your money each month.1

I puy my 1st fit note in last September,
I had my assessment last Thursday and got a message on Tuesday that I had been awarded the lcwra, I get paid my universal credit on the 12th of each month0 -
What date last September did you report your fit note? Without knowing this your first payment will be either Jan or Feb 2023.
