'IN'equality Act 2010 fails to protect Disabled Individual

4 gruelling years of Litigation in Person (not by choice, rather due to not being able to source counsel proficient in Disability Discrimination) in 2 Disability Discrimination Cases
 - 1 Employment and 
 - 1 Civil
the final outcome resulted in a total loss on ALL counts of unlawful discrimination. Absolutely disgusted by the Justice System and their failure to protect a vulnerable adult according to Legislation!

For all the time, effort and public expense that is took to create the Equality Act 2010, it is not worth the paper that it may be written on. There is an awful lot of literature with regards to what constitutes to unlawful discrimination distributed in paper and online, and for all it is worth based on my own experience, does not mean anything! 

Having been physically and mentally abused by my previous employer, despite their failings in health and safety, due to an oversight on my behalf during litigation, I failed to include an attachment in an email sent to the Employment Appeal Tribunal, for which I then spent a year appealing against the Registrar's brutal decision to refuse the application, and still failed. Further appeal through the Court of Appeal again resulted in failure.

Upon making an enquiry at my GP reception with regards to an incorrect prescription for medication for my mental health condition, the Receptionist was blatantly rude towards me in full view of the waiting area, resulting in triggering my anxiety and a total breakdown for which they sought to call the police, rather than consider my condition.
Again throughout legal proceedings which ultimately may leave myself, an unemployed mentally disabled mature male, with legal costs in excess of £50000, none of the Justices applied the legislation as per the Equality Act 2010, resulting in a failure. 

I am writing this message out of pure disgust in the way in which the British Legal System have outright ignored the legislation under the Equality Act 2010, failed to protect a vulnerable adult from injustice and quite possibly during this volatile period of austerity leaving the individual concerned with legal costs way beyond his means for an Act which he should have been protected from. How in the first world can anyone call this justice?????

This post is also to bring these failings to the attention of the wider Disabled Community as a warning NOT to rely on the 'in'Equality Act 2010, because there is no guarantee that it will protect you in LAW.
