    I'm sorry to hear your email address was hacked. Here's some advice from the National Cyber Security Centre on 'recovering a hacked account'.

    I hope it doesn't cause too much of an inconvenience. Please keep us posted with how you get on.

    Private messages that you receive on here are also sent as a notifications go to your email address where you can see the message.

    Ah, I understand the confusion! And yes, if you had email notifications ticked for PM's they would go to your inbox  :)

    No worries, I hope you can get it resolved smoothly @HiRy We don't appear to have received anything from you in the community inbox, so please don't worry about this side of things.

    The email I was referring to be ignored was sent to the scope helpline email address!
