Awarded lcwra. But prior appt booked by work coach do I attend?

Hello. On 17th March 2023 I was
awarded LCWRA. However, previous to this award, my job coach had booked an appt for me to attend a usual appt on 31 March. I know I don't have to attend any more job centre appts, but the appt still stands on my journal for 31st. I left a message reminding him that he said if I was awarded LCWRA he would call me to explain the inn's and outs of the award. But he hasn't. So, I've found the answers out myself and don't actually need him to call with advice, although it's not a problem if he does. He has been a very kind work coach, so I don't want to sound rude in challenging the appt on 31st, but I prefer not to attend. Any advice about how to word it in my journal would be great or is it better to ring the UC number and speak with them? Thankyou.

When the decision was made on your WCA they should have cancelled any future appointments that were made. As you correctly said, you do not have to attend any appointments.
