Medical for work accident claim

Good morning everyone I hope your all good. Off to London tomorrow afternoon my husband has his medical relating to accident at work he had 3 years ago. It's taken long time to get here. My husband was working and he was stood on top of ladder passing items to guy in loft. The ladder  gave way and he fell 12 ft landing on concrete floor. Ladder caught part of his fall. He was placed on stretcher collar on neck etc as was not sure injurulies he sustained. The ladder was put up by the supervisor in charge and checked. The supervisor did not foot the ladder he went off in another room. He came running when heard my husband's screams. My husband had broken bone lower back fracture back of neck and fracture right wrist. He had to wear back brace 8 weeks. He couldn't do anything he hated being at home. He went back to work after 6 months light duties. This didn't last long. He would do lots of driving some days he would leave home 6am be home 10pm was a joke as you only get paid 8 hours. He would get sent to Devon 4hrs plus and 4 hrs plus back plus working down there. It killed his back he would come home in so much pain. He had to do lots of stretching in his job this affected him too. Eventually he had enough he didn't want to go to work . He hated the job the driving and it was putting strain on our marriage. He got a job as a delivery driver with a supermarket delivering shopping. Less driving less hours you paid for hours you work . He been there year next month he so happy he loves the job and the customers and people he works with. I'm so glad he has a job he loves doing it makes all the difference
