Moving from ESA support group to Universal Credit - natural migration

Hello, I'm being migrated from ESA support group to UC under 'natural migration because I moved into a new council district. I'm due my 'first commitments' interview tomorrow and last week UC called me to ask if the care hours I receive are 35 hours a week. In fact, they are 17 hours a week, as I explained. Will I be penalised and or reassassed because I am not getting 35 hours care a week? I am very worried about this. Can anyone help?

Had anyone claimed carers element of UC for looking after you? This would be the only time they may ask you this question.1

No, absolutely not. I'm stumped!

Hello @MandyKay and a warm welcome to the community.
Are you certain they asked about care hours you receive rather than care hours you give? I'm wondering if they've marked you down as a carer.1 -
Thanks Adrian, and for your warm welcome. It's sorted out now, seems to have been a blip!

I'm very pleased it's all sorted @MandyKay. I hope your commitments interview went well today too.0
