Where can I obtain a replacement Certificate of entitlement for DLA?

Where can I obtain a replacement Certificate of entitlement for DLA to claim vehicle disabled tax exemption 
I am buying a used vehicle and have lost my original one I have been given incorrect telephone numbers online and unavailable agents (very frustrating)

    You will need to contact DLA.

    Telephone: 0800 121 4600 
    Textphone: 0800 121 4523 

    Relay UK - if you can't hear or speak on the phone, you can type what you want to say: 18001 then 0800 121 4600

    I can see Poppy has advised to call the DLA helpline to get a replacement certificate. Please let us know how you get on :)
