Direct payment and carers allowance

Does  the amount of direct payment I get effect carers allowance I get  as in what you can earn .

    Is the direct payment to pay for extra support that you receive? If so then this will not affect any of your benefits. If it's your earnings then yes the earnings limit will apply.
