I was born with Spina bifida , which has left me with a tethered spine, I am now 62 but these last few years I've been in so much pain , they can't operate due to the risk of paralysis, I am on medication but nothing seems to help, anyone got any advice?

Hi @DavyP and thanks for posting, I've just popped your post over into our chronic pain and pain management category, and edited the title just so it's easier for everyone to find
I'm sorry to hear, the last few years must have been hard work for you. What things have you been trying to help ease the pain, out of interest?0 -
I've been on Naproxen and gabapentin for years , think my body is just getting used to them, seen the neurosurgeon, just waiting for an appointment with the pain clinic, I had to give up work last year , thanks for your help0
