Hi everyone. Happy Easter. So tomorrow Tuesday I can see the amount going into my account but doesn’t look like my new rate has been applied for tomorrow’s payment? Is it worth calling them up tomorrow to find out why. Thanks all. I’m like £45 short.

I pretty sure that the rate increases from April but because its paid in arrears you won't actually see the increase until the May payment. Hope this helps0
