I am a mom and am struggling with my daughter who has poor hearing and complex learning difficulties but she has managed to get a job.
However she has work related stress
and is now currently off work

    Manager is givi g her hard time
    And i think this is a matter of discrimination and i need helpand guidance as i have always been a carer so do not know much about
    Jobs and managers and discrimination

    Hi there @sitara and thanks for reaching out, I'm sorry to hear that your daughter is being given a hard time in her new job, that can't be easy!

    I know that ACAS have great information on disability discrimination, and what to do if you feel you have been discriminated against in work. 

    I hope that's helpful for you, but please ask if you feel we can do anything else to help. What job does your daughter have, out of interest?
