Hey @Lennybear17. Welcome to Scope's forum. Have you managed to contact them and find out if you are in the support group yet?

Hopefully, things are better for you this week. However, if you want to talk about anything, please let us know as we are here for you.

Is there anything which usually helps you when you are feeling stressed? It is really important to take care of yourself, especially when you are experiencing a difficult time  :)

Hello @Lennybear17 and a warm welcome to the community.

It sounds like you're going through a stressful time with your PIP review and now ESA payments.

Based on what you've shared, we would just be guessing as to why you've received that letter from ESA. It's possible that the letter is just a routine update, or it could be due to a change in PIP. Or any number of other reasons.

If you're concerned, you may wish to call ESA to clarify your situation, or even PIP to see if a decision has been made. In the meantime, try to take care of yourself and focus on things that bring you comfort and peace of mind.

All the best and please let us know how you get on.
