Self-Employment and LCWRA

Hi all, looking for a bit of advice.
I was/am classed as being self employed however I am not currently making any money or working at all. I had my work capability assessment last month which resulted in me being classed with LCWRA. My minimum income floor was supposed to kick in in March also however I was told that the LCWRA result would remove any minimum income floor. This month, however, £322 was deducted from my payment despite me declaring no income for the assessment period (16/3 - 15/4). I also didn't receive any additional payments for the LCWRA however I'm not sure if it'll kick in for this payment or the next one (I uploaded my first sick note on 21/12 but the note started on 15/12).
Anyway, my question is: is there a reason I've still got a minimum income floor (albeit a significantly lower one than before) despite having a LCWRA? My work coach never mentioned that this would be a possibility.

For the deductions you had for the earnings then put a message onto your journal under the payment section to tell them that deductions were taken but you had no earnings. For the LCWRA element, did you report your health condition on the same date you sent the first fit note? If so then your waiting period will be Jan to April.. LCWRA starts from assessment period (AP) 16th April to 15th May and first payment will be 22nd May. No LCWRA element is owed. Backdated fit notes are not usually accepted. If you didn't have the work allowance before you were found to have LCWRA then they may owe you some money from that because the work allowance will apply from your Jan/Feb assessment period.0
