Morning all, cant work out dates etc due to getting muddled up after some help if possible.
i started on uc 26th sept 2022 notified them i have health problems the same day got a fit note on 5th oct and handed it in same day i got it fit note from 5th oct 2022 to 30th April 2023. Had wca assessment on 4th April and awarded LCWRA on 14th April
my ap is 26th to 25th and uc paid on 1st of each month will i be due any back pay

Your waiting period will be Oct to Jan … LCWRA starts from AP 26th Jan to 25th Feb and first payment will be 1st March.
Had you reported your fit note within 7 days of reporting your health condition then your first payment would have been 1st Feb.
