    @Amberpearl are there any friendship groups in your area, there is one in in mine and they do Crafts and coffee etc each week. Might be worth a look
    There is space 4 in town tat meet up few times a week for tea coffee biscuits and chat. They dk arts and crafts etc. Buty anxiety that bad only been 3 times in 7 years
