The reason i advised to fill it all in even if there's no change to his care needs is because they may look at the care needs again.

Okay thanks. So do I just answer question 53 asking has his personal care needs, so I just choose no? as they haven’t changed but then still proceed to fill in the whole form and add an extra few sheets of real life examples of his care needs and mobility, incidents etc.0
