attendance allowance

hello,      can anyone explain please.   my husband gets high rate Attendance allowance,  which went up at the beginning of april 2023.    for this month ending 28 april, he received £397.65  for the month.    I understand the amount increased to £101 per week,  so should he have received £404 ?

    Simply because you have not yet received the full 4 weeks at the new rate. Your next payment will be £404.

    thanks for taking the time to answer.      I suppose I thought because the new payment started approx 6 april, that m my husband would get new rate for 6th - 28 april.

    I believe that the new rates started as from the 10th April
    Old rate 6th - 9th
    New rate 10th - 28th

    Additionally 6th - 28th is not a full 28 day period - it is 3 weeks and 1 day.
