Hi my name is Sarah.
I get the lowest pip awarded but I've just been referred to turning point as my mental health has taken a bad turn. Also I have been referred back to the musculoskeletal as I'm in so much pain with my fibromyalgia. Do I inform pip of all this? Can anyone advise what to do plz x

A worsening of condition doesn't automatically entitle you to score more points for a higher award. Whether this is possible will totally depend on how your conditions affect you against the 12 PIP activities. If you report changes they will send you more forms to fill in and return with all your supporting evidence. Another assessment is most likely because most people have them.Once a decision is made your award could either be stopped completely, remain the same or be increased. I'd advise you to get some expert advice from an agency near you before you do anything else. https://advicelocal.uk/welfare-benefits
