Hi,
can anyone please advise me how i can add info to an online PIP application form?
I have multiple health conditions, and as soon as i had listed them, i could no longer access them once form field boxes had been filled in. Getting stressed about all this as have to ensure the info i am giving is correct and accurate and i believe only have 4 weeks to return this form.Hoping there is an email address for that all will cost me a fortune to go to a stationer's?
