So, today I had a letter after eight months of sending off my PIP review, and it says they have extended my renewal date by 12 months. My car lease runs out before then, so I would like to know what happens to the car. Do I have to send it back, do i get a new one, or do i keep it. Also, if they reduce my points, as I get full PIP what happens to the car while I appeal

If your lease is due to end before a decision is made then you'll need to ring motability and they will extend the lease on your current vehicle until the decision is made. You need at least 12 months remain on your PIP award to order another vehicle.0
