Hi is there a certain amount of time following a mandatory reconsideration in which you can appeal against it.? Thankyou

The maximum time is 13 months from the date of the MR decision. If you're outside the 1 month then you need to give a reason why you didn't request it within this time. It's very unlikely HMCTS will refuse a late appeal.
