Hi everyone I started a pip claim back in January this year and they received my written report in March.. sadly they scored me 0 on everything when I asked for the report.. but I did phone with a change weeks ago saying that I got aids for my home now too 😔 but I rang them today for an up date ( 11 weeks later) and they told me still no decision but the case manger that was assigned my case is now no longer working for them or they just can't find that person and I'm in a cue ? They tried finding someone to take my call to talk to me but sadly no one was able so the lady said she has told her manger and a case manger about this and that it will have to be re assigned to someone else and will have to wait a further 10 weeks ... anybody else Hadd this happen ? Thankyou for reading

Your claim will be looked at. Decisions usually take between 2-12 weeks, sometimes longer.1

Been 15 weeks now .. and now been told it can be up to a further 10 weeks0

The 12 week timescale is from when the report was returned. This is only a guide and nothing more, some decisions are made sooner, some later. All you can do is wait i'm afraid.

It's been 13 weeks since they received the report and now they can't find the case manger that has my case and now I have to have a new one which is going to take up to 10 weeks .. so just didn't no if this had ever happened to anyone else before0
