Hi I'm philip I live in Monmouth and we are trying to move to a 2 bedroom bungalow in Monmouth because our granddaughter is coming. To live with us I have learning disabilities and sleep apnea and epilepsy I have other health issues as well I have ot helping us trying to move up the bidding I'm about 20 on the houseing list for Monmouthshire houseing my granddaughter's is getting builled at her school we want her to move in with us for a new start and then we have to get her into Monmouth comprehensive so she can get a good start In school and she wants her own bedroom

If you’re placing around 20th in bids you’re likely to have quite a wait to go yet, best thing you can do is keep bidding each session and eventually your turn will come up.
When I was bidding(also on a 2 bedroom bungalow, although 2nd bedroom is for storage) I was told to have a chance of an offer you need to be in top 2-3.
Thankfully it only took around 14 weeks to get an offer of a bungalow I liked as I was given Band B Medical Advanced(they said less than a handful had this banding at the time)0
