New member, need LCWRA advice

Hi I am Jax and  a new member.   I am trying to find out something about LCWRA and when the three month rule came in before people can get money.

  The three month wait for extra money for LCWRA has been always been part of UC and simply reproduced the delays that apply to ESA.
  
  The wait only applies to that part of an award.
