UC CAPABILTY FOR WORK QUESTIONNAIRE

I was previously receiving contribution based ESA where I was in the Work Related Activity group (although it was a struggle to get that as the assessor said there wasn't anything wrong with me). Now, as the ESA has ended (contribution based max. 1 year) I have applied for UC.
I have also applied for PIP (Aug'22) and am on my second MR as they have awarded me no points.
I have recently been diagnosed with Autism and am trying to get UC LCWRA for this as well as other difficulties I have (severe anxiety, severe depression, 47XXY, breathing problems etc.).
I had an assessment with "Genius Within" which shows my strengths and weaknesses, as well as ideas on improving difficult areas. I've also been sent a treatment plan from "We Are With You" who have put me on a waiting list for Psychological Therapy.
Would this report & treatment plan help as evidence for the WCA?

If you think that plan will help then there's no harm in sending it as evidence. It's not about a diagnosis so please be aware of that. They will be assessing you're ability to do any type of work because it's the work you can do, rather than the work you can't do. Have you had a look at the descriptors for LCWRA? If not then you can see them here. https://www.benefitsandwork.co.uk/universal-credit-uc/uc-faq/limited-capability-for-work-related-activity2nd MR? you can only request one MR for each decision. Do you mean you're now at Tribunal stage?Martin_K said:

I have read those but never been good at putting my difficulties into words; especially thinking how to describe examples.poppy123456 said:Have you had a look at the descriptors for LCWRA? 2nd because the 1st was returned with no points. I phoned to tell them about the diagnosis for Autism and they are looking at the claim again with the report I sent in.poppy123456 said:
