Assesors report help

Hello all,
I have received the assesors report and looks like because I have a 20h job I'm currently off sick from due to my disabilities, I'd only be entitled to 6 points according to the assesors advice.
This is not the decision but I am unsure if having a job affects the fact I need help with things like eating and bathing?
I am petrified the decision maker will not take the aids and assistance I need to use everyday that was mentioned into consideration and cause me to have to go through the very long wait for tribuneral.
On another note, the assesor noted things in the report that are not true. I have no idea about my medication names and why I take them other than fluoxitine. But they stated I was able to list them all and why. I did not do this other than fluoxitine.
I also use a dossette box but the assesor put pill box....
I know I should wait for the decision but the fact there are these inaccuracies does bother me.
Is it worth started to prep a mandatory reconsider now?

They mostly go with the report but it has been known for them to go against it. People so work and claim PIP but if the work you do contradicts the reasons why you're claiming then it can go against you.For your medication, didn't you tell them what medication you take when you filled out the form? Maybe that's why the assessor knew what you take? When filling out the form you should make sure you include everything. The dosette box, although the assessor used "pill box" i would take that as meaning a dosette box, though the wrong term was used. Using one of these doesn't automatically score you 1 point, it will depend on the reasons why you use one. Same applies to aids/assistance etc, whether points can be scored will depend on why you need to use them.Once the decision is made you can request the Mandatory Reconsideration within 1 month of the date of the decision. You can't request the Tribunal without first going through this process. You should put this in writing stating where and why you think you should have scored those points. It always helps to have a little understanding of the descriptors and what they mean because this will help. Have a read of this while you wait for the decision. https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/personal-independence-payment-assessment-guide-for-assessment-providers/pip-assessment-guide-part-2-the-assessment-criteria

UPDATE*
I have the decision back, i only received 6 points.
Because i can drive they determined the rest as 0.
I would like to note that previously i had only received 2 points when my condition has not really changed. Gives me very little to no faith in the system with the inconsistency.
I am wondering if the fact I have received more points this time will help with my tribunal for my previous case too when i get a date.
Previous case submitted last march.
I have enlisted the help of a charity for my MR.0 -

I have enlisted the help of a charity for my MR.I didn't realise you were waiting for a hearing date for a previous claim. It's not always the best idea to start a new claim while waiting for a Tribunal hearing. As this is a new claim they will not take into consideration this claim for your previous one.If you're awarded by the Tribunal your award will be for a closed period and you will only be awarded from the date of your first application to the date of your 2nd application.0 -

I don't mean to sound harsh but
If you are unsuccessful this time after tribunal etc..you may have to reconsider if you are actually eligible for PIP since you've been declined twice at assessment already and repeatedly claiming and appealing etc is rarely successful and just causes added stress. I know my cousin applied 3 times within 2 years appealed everything and still got declined.
