Hi I have been awarded lwcra on the 10/5/2023 I put my fit note in on the 2/2/2023 I get my uc payment on the 4th of every month could anyone please tell me when to expect my lcwra payment and will I have any back dated money to get thanks

    The waiting period is 3 full assessment periods and the extra money is paid from the 4th month after you first reported your health condition/sent your first fit note. It's not paid at all during the waiting period.

    Based on the information you gave your waiting period will be Feb to May.. LCWRA starts from assessment period 28th May to 27th June and first payment will be 4th July. No LCWRA element is owed.
