what levels of pip can someone expect expect for cirrhosis of liver and dementia. dont think its classed as a terminal illness as life expectancy is over a 12 months, but both are chronic and progressive , they cant work due to it

PIP isn't awarded based on any diagnosis, it's how those conditions affect your ability to carry out the 12 PIP activities. As no one known exactly how their conditions affect them then it will be impossible to answer that question.
