LCWRA Reassessment Query

Hello everybody! Please forgive me if this is the incorrect section to post in as this is my first post here

I’m currently on LCWRA and have been for some time due to MH related issues. I’ve recently been issued a reassessment and have received a UC50 form to fill in a few days later. It’s been quite some time since my last questionnaire and was wondering if I need to send in a new FIT note with this new questionnaire as I’ve read conflicting comments online about this. 

My symptoms and anxiety have greatly increased at just the thought of filling in this questionnaire so any help would be greatly appreciated

    You do not need to send any fit notes because you've already been found to have LCWRA. You will need to make sure you fill out the form with as much information as possible. Any extra evidence you have can be sent with the form.

    There's a guide here to filling out the form. It says ESA50 but the UC50 is identical.

    As Poppy has said, you do not need to send a fit note but can send any additional evidence. I'm so sorry to hear that your anxiety and symptoms have increased with this. You can always reach out to Scope's Helpline if you wanted to talk the form through with somebody :)
