Hello, question here. If my employer dismiss me for capability around health, I will be entitled to 12 weeks and pay and holidays which will be done over a three monthly period.
What will happen to my ESA claim? Because I won't be working but will be earning over their threshold but in the form of capability pay?

Which ESA are you claiming? Contributions based, New style or Income Related? Are you claiming any other benefits like Universal Credit as well?

New Style ESA and Universal Credit0

New style ESA won't be affected. It will be classed as earnings and affect your UC in the month it's received.
