Hello @ArtieMiss and a warm welcome to the community, it's great to have you with us.
Can I ask what article it was?1 -
Hi @Adrian_Scope it was from the Daily Mirror on the 9th May this year about a sky news presenter having had her foot run over! ... I too had the same.. mine was both feet.. 22 years ago and I didn't get them treated at the time.. boy and I paying for it now though.. I can relate to all the lady had to say in the article0

It sounds like there was some much-appreciated representation @ArtieMiss. How are you doing at the moment?

Hi.. I'm in a lot of pain.. But now my work knows about my disability I feel better mentally.. I was in denial, thought I could deal with it myself but I can't and work is making allowances although it is VERY thin.. Zero contract.. As a companion to dementia sufferers.. And Universal Credit had been making up the losses in my earnings.. But not now!! Last month I was £150 short and this month over £200..really struggling with all of these things.. And just praying things will change soon.. I've already been in touch with citizens advice and it seems I'm doing everything I can.. Which really doesn't help my situation...L_Volunteer said:It sounds like there was some much-appreciated representation @ArtieMiss. How are you doing at the moment?

Thank you! I'll keep that in mind.. I find it quite tricky trying to find my way around new websites nowadays.. Old age I guess! 😂Hannah_Scope said:@ArtieMiss I'm glad to hear you have been in touch with Citizen's Advice. Scope's Helpline is also there for you, should you feel you need any additional support
